A carrot-filled Christmas!

Bertie’s Christmas Carrot is one of my favourite Bertie stories and it’s packed full of Christmas fun – after all, guinea pigs love Christmas magic too you know!

Every year, our guinea pigs hang up their stockings (with a little help from us) and on Christmas morning they have their very own presents to open/chew!

One Christmas Eve, a few years ago now, when my little girl was very small, we forgot something important when we left Santa his snack!

We remembered the milk and the mince pie but we forgot the treat for Rudolph! Can you guess what it was that we forgot?

Well, luckily we realised our mistake just in time. But it gave me an idea for a story…
